Policies

Cuddle & Coo will offer refunds or exchanges for faulty items within 7 days of receiving your item (as shown on our tracking information).  To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
To complete your return, please email us at admin@cuddleandcoo.com.au and let us know the reason for return. You will then need to post back your items. Please ensure your item is tracked when you post it. Once we have received your goods and checked they are faulty, we can exchange or issue a refund plus cover the shipping costs for the return.
 
Exchanges
We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
 
Refunds
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and advise you of the outcome of your request for your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
